Hello,

I was trying to backup my Joomla philamessenger.net website but it stopped beyond half of the way and I got this error message: “An error has occurred <strong>AJAX Loading Error</strong><br/>HTTP Status: 0 (),br/>Internal status: error<br/>XHR ReadyState; 4<br/>Raw server response:<br/>”

I am also want to attach here the zip file of backup log file Akeeba Backup Debug Log.txt but because the text is consist of

20.5 MB, I will not able to attached it here.

Here are the system information of my Joomla site:

Joomla! version 3.10.8 Stable

PHP Version: 7.4.28

Akeeba Backup Professional 8.1.3 (2022-04-04)

Hello,

please compress the backup log and attach it here, it should be small enough to be allowed for the upload.

If you still have issues, please upload the log somewhere on the cloud (ie Google Drive, Dropbox etc) and paste here the share link.

Hi, Davide,

Please don't fix my backup problem.

I was able to figure out the problem with the Output Directory by creating a backup file in the File Manager of my Joomla website.

I am now able to backup normally.

You may close this ticket.
