After looking at the FAQ support, i didn't find  ( or understood - i'm french) the right answer to this quqstion :

Into my site ,i noticed the presence of 4 items :

File : File_Fof30

Library : FOF

Library : FOF30


Are all these items useful and, if not, what could i do with them (enable, disable, delete )?

Must add that an error notification appears when debug :

Warning: "continue" targeting switch is equivalent to "break". Did you mean to use "continue 2"? in /homepages/40/d163172384/htdocs/clickandbuilds/OptigestionProjetV2/libraries/f0f/dispatcher/dispatcher.php on line 524

Regarding FOF vs F0F see So, you can remove F0F (f zero f) if no third party extension is still using it. Akeeba extensions stopped using it since 2016. You can NOT remove FOF, this is part of Joomla itself.

Regarding library FOF30 and file_fof30, you need to keep both. They are both pointing to the same files (libraries/fof30) which is FOF version 3.x, the latest version of the framework used across all of our software. The reason there are two is that we used to install it as a library but switched to a files package. Joomla 3.8 changed the way the extensions installer works which was causing problems with library packages (an older version of a package could overwrite a newer version). The only way to fix it is using a file package. Joomla does not allow updating a library package to a file package so you get stuck with both entries.

Basically, the reason you get so many entries is that Joomla has a history of making stupid decisions. We work around them every time, with a lot of pain and effort, but you get leftover entries in the Extensions listings. Considering that the alternatives were breaking your sites completely or stopping publishing our software I'd say that a leftover extensions entry is a minor nuisance in comparison.
