We've been having problems with the frontend backup, but the backend backups have always been fine. But now we've installed on a new wordpress site, and the backend backup is failing with

Backup Failed

The backup operation has been halted because an error was detected.
The last error message was:

Invalid AJAX data

I'm attaching the log and a screen shot of what I'm seeing.
