Hi,

I've setup Akeeba it backs up fine manually however, when I set a cron job to backup at 11pm backup doesn't run. My hosting provider has said all the settings server side are fine.

Let me know if you need any more information.

Thanks
Doug

Doug,

We need your backup log in order to diagnose the problem. Most of the CRON errors these days are host related, that's why we ask who your host is.

Hi,

I've attached my log file. The host is unlimitedwebhosting.co.uk

Thanks
Doug

Something happened to my log file when I uploaded it

Doug,

That log won't help much, it only shows errors and warnings. Please go to Configuration and change the log setting to All Information and Debug, then take a new backup. This log will be much larger, you will probably have to zip it to get it to upload. Thanks!
