Akeeba does not seem to work with Multisite for me.
I have been backing up for a couple of weeks and tried a restore today - 3 times

Evey time, the site comes back with a warning that cookies are not enabled when I try to log in.

So, this is just a tsraight backup and restore of a multisite and I cannot log into any site with this error...

The site was working fine when that backup was taken and has worked fine for 2 weeks. Now, after a restore, this cookie problem exists

Any ideas? Nothing else has changed, just a backup and restore to a clean wordpress install.
