Hi,
my WP site is set up to update automatically including the plugins but Akeeba Backup is not doin' it. Any idea why and how to solve this?

Hello,

at the moment the only way to update Akeeba Backup for Wordpress is to manually update it from the Control Page or manually upload the new version.

However we're currently working on integrating Akeeba Backup with Wordpress update system, so in one of the next versions you should be able to do that automatically.
