Tempo
I've read the posts on trouble shooting and pulled hair where necessary.

The "load.php" file exists here it is supposed to, the Alice file was empty. Backup worked on the testing server.

What to do?

Please go into Configuration and set your Log Level to "All information and debug" then try your backup again. The new log will be much larger - and much more informative. Please zip and post the new log.
