Good morning,
When I enable upload to idrivesync it works on all sites I configured it, but when the back-up is large Akeeba gives several times error messages during backup.
When Alice examines the log I see: "Trying to start step 18 more than once.".
Please see also attached log file.

When I look at iDrive the back-up file is there.
So it seems the back-up file is o.k. (I shall download and check it, but that will take a while).

Is there something I can modify so I don't get the error messages?

Thanks!

Set the part size for split archives to something smaller, around 10-20MB. Please remember that iDriveSync does not support chunked uploads. The upload of each file has to run all at once. As explained in the documentation, this can cause PHP to time out while this is taking place, hence the error during that step, the three retries (since retry on error is enabled by default) and the ultimate error message that the backup failed.
