Hello,

As far as I can tell backups are running without any errors. I am storing the backup files on Amazon S3.

I am trying to fetch files back to my server from Amazon S3. When I go to "Manage remotely stored files" and click on "Fetch back to server" it fetches the .jpa file and then displays the main page in the modal window. It does not fetch any files with .jxxx extension. No error message is visible.

The server error log shows "[error] AH01630: client denied by server configuration: /services/users/1/xxxx/www/xxxxx.com/backups/index.html"

I am running the standard .htaccess file, created from the htaccess.txt file.

I am able to fetch backup files on Joomla websites on the same server.

I just found that I am also getting errors when working with configurations. "[error] AH01630: client denied by server configuration: /services/users/1/xxxx/www/xxxxxx.com/Solo/assets/private/config.php"

It seems like a .htaccess problem, but I don't see it. Any suggestions?

Thank you,
Bill Ervin
