Is it correct that the Angie password ONLY protects the installer, but that the JPA archive as a whole can NOT be protected with a password before unpacking?
Is there a way to protect also the files in the JPA archive with a password so that unpacking is not possible without a password?

Regards, fori

You can use the JP's archive type. Selecting that will prompt you for a password and encrypt your archives.

Thank you very much! In all the years so far, I had given up the password. But now it's about sensitive data.

You're welcome!

Please keep track of the password - there is no back door to recover the archive.
