Hi, during the install proces on a subdomain I have an info "Could not connect to MySQL".

Could you help me witj that?

Hello,

this means that we can establish a connection with the database server. We're using plain PHP functions and what you see is the result PHP returns to us.

Usually this happens when access details are wrong or the database server only accepts connections from a specific IP. Please triple check that your database info are correct and try again.
