I installed the Akeeba Ticket System (dev) 323a797 (Alpha)

I have 2 errors :

1 - No frontal editor:
ย  I checked the rights to create ACLs registered.
ย  I put in admin tools seo Combine CSS files CSS Ignore files: media/com_ats/css/markitup/bbcode/style.css.
What to do?

2 - I have 2 buttons and no display of attachments

I understand that this is a development version

1. Can you try disabling the CSS/JS combination? I assume that the editor's JS file doesn't like being combined with other files.

2. Which browser? If it's IE8, I'll take a look at it next week.

Point 1 - I disabled in admin tools combining JS and CSS is OK. Firefox

What is the name of the JS file need not combine??

Point 2 - OK. I think it is related to point 1.

Point 3 - The framework publisher is not aligned or centered text. Why?

Good question. I don't know.

The framework publisher is not aligned or centered text. Why?

I suppose it's something in your template's CSS

Point 1 and Point 2ย : These are the names of files that I put in "do not combine" admin tools SEO:
js:
media / com_ats / js / jquery.markitup.js
media / com_ats / js / bbcode set.js-
css:
media / com_ats / css / frontend.css
media / com_ats / css / markitup / skin / style.css
media / com_ats / css / markitup / bbcode / style.css

Point 3 - The editor frame is not aligned or centered text. Why?
I examined my RocketTheme template.
Nothing unusual at first sight!
I constatatรฉ as part of response was not the same formatting as part of creation?

Point 4 - No display field piece attached
With or without js and css file combined.

1 & 2. Oh, you were talking about the bbCode editor? I thought you were talking about your site's WYSIWYG editor.

3. Check the textbox and div alignment. I believe your template overrides my CSS. I've seen that again on other RocketTheme templates. On this site I'm using a page full of workarounds (check the template.css at the page source of my site).

4. You don't seem to have permissions to attach files?

Point 1 and 2: Yes I try now with BBcode. Then I tried with JCE frontend.

Point 3: I leave this "minor issue for now" pending because I have other problems with the template rt_cerulean and IE8. Example: in IE8 no submenu roknavmenu ... / ...

Point 4: OK and great with ACL manager. Simply authorized Akeeba Ticket System:
- Create Attachment
