We are planning to use ATS in combination via Akeeba Subscriptions to provide support for our webprojects. The only important missing part in ATS now is that each of our tickets can have a different amount of credits to be deducted.
A simple support question can be fixed with 1 credit, but a more complex question can take e.g. 4 credits. Will there be a possibility for the support staf to enter the amount of credits to deduct on each reply?
