We are moving from Hoduma to Akeeba. Is there a way to import tickets from Hoduma to Akeeba

Unfortunately not. There are no plans to create any kind of import functionality either. Past experience writing importer has shown us that a generic importer never works as the client would like it to work. This is the way it is: when two data sets are organised in radically different ways you can't "map" data from one method of organisation to the other without making assumptions. Generic assumptions are equally bad for all use cases. In the end of the day the effort put to writing an importer is wasted, as its output is barely usable. That's the reason why we've decided to not even try to create any importers for ATS.
