 Hi,

I'm working with ATS. I've recently defined VISA payment method with the Bank. The invoice for the customer is sending out perfectly.

The only issue I have is with the invoice number. If not included in the PDF which is sent out by email to the customer. If I generate again the invoice from the backend then the invoice number is correctly included in the PDF file.

Could you please give me some fedback on this?

Thanks in advance,

Regards

Hello,

can you please add more details?
In which way the payment and the invoice is linked with the Ticket system?

Hi David,

I meant with the integration between Akeeba Subscriptions and Akeeba Tickets. Everything is working fine when I received a new subscriber except for the invoice number wihtin the invoice document (it shows as blank field). See attached files:

- invoice template.jpg: screenshot for the invoice template defined in the Akeeba subscriptions
- PDF invoice document.jpg: screenshot for the PDF document it is sent it out to the customers (no invoice number)

Note in spanish, invoice number is "Factura".

If I click on the standard button for regenerate the invoice, I got the right invoice number in the pdf document. Really funny...

Thanks and regards

Just to be sure, the issue you are describing is related to Akeeba Subscriptions, not to Akeeba Ticket System, right?

I am sorry, but we do not offer support for Akeeba Subscriptions, as stated in the following article.
If you think you discovered a bug, please file an issue report inside Github repository.

Thanks Davide.

When I bought Akeeba Tickets one year ago, you guys were still giving support to Akeeba Subscriptions and even more, the only reason I'm a subscriber for Akeeba Tickets is because it was possible to integrate it with Akeeba Subscriptions, so in my opinion it is difficult to differentiate the support for one tool from any other one.

I understand you have changed your policy support for Akeeba Subscriptions but I think it should be different scenario if we are talking about a free customer or a subscriber from any other Akeeba products (even more when you are announcing full integration for Akeeba Tickets and Subscriptions), am I correct?

Please, any support on this issue would be really apreciated.

Thanks in advance,

Regards

Your issue is completely unrelated to Akeeba Ticket System.

As we announced in November 2013, we discontinued support for Akeeba Subscriptions on June 2014. We gave you SEVEN MONTHS of advance warning. We were also extremely clear about what would happen. Please see https://www.akeebabackup.com/home/news/1534-the-future-of-akeebasubs.html

I have no idea why you assume that we should do the exact opposite of what we announced eight months ago that we would do. Even more so when you don't even have an Akeeba Subscriptions subscription with us which would have allowed you to receive support for version 3.x until two months ago...
