When using WYSIWYG editor in frontend we cant save new tickets to DB. The redirect going "wrong" (<domain>/en/itemid=631) and no info at all. The starting URL for a new ticket is <domain>support/kategorier/webbplats/new (swedish).

Also putting posts in a ticket using WYSIWYG saving the post, but not redirects to ticket view.
WYSIWYG JCE editor version 2.3.4.4.

Hello,

I just tried and everything seems working fine on our test site.
I suspect the problem relies on some menu assignment. Can you please try to switch to BBCode, disable AJAX reply and try again?
Do you still have the same issue?

We reverted back to BBcode and AJAX reply has always been disabled. Working fine with BBcode. Using JCE causing "menu assignment problem"?

Can you please try to use TinyMce editor (Joomla default one)?
I can't replicate the error, so I'd wish to exclude any possible cause
