Hi,
I am wondering about the Time Spent field, in my unusual usage of akeeba tickets, I have security guards issuing incident reports/tickets (guards are in the ticket support group too) which the venues (also users in the ticket support group) and site superusers (also users in the ticket support group) also have access to view/edit etc.

The 'Time Spent' field is showing up on the 'Create a New Ticket' page, which is ok, but I'm unsure what the 'Start' button is supposed to be doing? It doesn't seem to do anything when clicked? Also they layout is a bit skewed, but I can fix that with css styling eg #timerBtn.btn {margin-left:50px!important;}

I can't find anything in the Ticket documentation about the Time Spent field.

Hello,

the Time spent field is used to track the amount of time spent while replying to tickets, so you can monitor the amount of time required to support.
In order to facilitate this task, we have create a builtin stopwatch inside Akeeba Ticket System: clicking on the Start button will start a timer that will update the Time Spent field with the minutes passed from the initial click.
