#28898 – Captcha? field not shown :(

I update to latest version but now guests or public can't create a ticket.

Alway the message 'Captcha sould not be empty' comes up.

What's wrong? the ReCaptcha V 2 from Google work fine on all other components and modules.

Remember that in order to prevent spam submissions ATS requires the use of CAPTCHA on all guest tickets. However, the way CAPTCHA works in Joomla! is confusing since Joomla! 3.7.0. You have to go to Global Configuration, Site tab, look under the Site Settings header and set Default Captcha to your preferred method, e.g. Captcha - ReCaptcha. Then Akeeba Ticket System will be able to display the necessary CAPTCHA for guest tickets.
