#32027 – change default setting for priority

This is a public ticket. Everybody will be able to see its contents. Do not include usernames, passwords or any other sensitive information.

Can you add a setting in each category for the default priority? As my "High" priority equals broken / down, (which the majority of the tickets are not) I would prefer to have the priority default to a lower level as we all know people don't usually pay attention to that, so don't usually change it.

thank you for the suggestion, I can actually see a valid use case for several customers.
We will start working on, I'll try to put it inside the next release, but I can't offer a time frame for when it will happen.
