#34959 – Ticket Categories are not showing updated "Description" on the Front End

After update to ATS 4.x, changes to any category description are not shown on the Front End when users are submitting new tickets.

I am providing some additional information that I have observed and attached two screenshots.

When viewing the category description on the front end using the "Ticket Categories" menu item the updated description is shown.

When viewing the category description on the front end using "Submit New Ticket" menu item the editor displays the previous category description.

please note that are two different fields: one is the category description, the other is the default text for the category. Please double check that they have the same text.
