I'm trying to override a front-end layout, following the instructions in the documentation.

I copied components/com_ats/tmpl/NewTickets/form.blade.php into templates/my_template/media/com_ats/html/form.blade.php but nothing happens.

you're almost there: the correct path is

templates/my_template/media/com_ats/html/NewTickets/form.blade.php

Well sorry to disagree but it's not what it is written in the doc:

You will find the view template files inside the components/com_ats/tmpl/ViewName folder where ViewName is the name of the view. These files need to be copied to templates/mytemplate/media/com_ats/html/ViewName.

And your suggestion does not work either.

Template overrides are working fine, please check the attachments. Double check that the path on the template folder is the correct one, I have attached a screenshot to it, too.

Hi.

Soory for the delay but I was working on another project.

Well, yes, it works using the usual override path in J! but the doc was giving another information :

"Please note that Akeeba Ticket System is using the updated view template locations introduced with Joomla 4, even when used on older Joomla versions (it has its own compatibility layer)."

So maybe there is something wrong with the compatibility layer.

In any case, it's working now, so thank you.
