We would like to create something similar to your ticket system where we could place some documentation above the Ticket System. is this a Joomla component/module/plugin? see screen shot attached

This is a bespoke module we wrote for our site, displaying the index page for the documentation. The documentation is written in the DocBook XML format and converted to HTML by a custom component, Akeeba DocImport.

Since you are interested about Joomla articles what we do here would definitely not work for you. Our documentation doesn't even use Joomla articles :)

Working hours: We are open Monday to Friday, 9am to 7pm Cyprus timezone (EET / EEST). Support is provided by the same developers writing the software, all of which live in Europe. You can still file tickets outside of our working hours, but we cannot respond to them until we're back at the office.
