Hi

I am getting js errors when disabling the FEF loading from the component's config.

Any idea?

Kind regards,
Sakis

Hello,

please do not disable such extension, since it's used by ATS to properly render its javascript files.

Hi

Thanks for the reply.

I have to admit that it is very intrusive, changing the default styling of every element in the page, even though i changed almost any css selector in my layout overides. That forces me to create a big chunk of css overwrites.

Can i somehow load it per view? E.g. Within a ticket post, but not in category?

Also the file media/fef/css/fef-reset.min.css is loaded although i have set the "Load CSS reset with Akeeba FEF" to "Never".
Any idea how to resolve that?

Kind regards,
Sakis

Sadly at the moment there's no solution for that

If you don't load FEF you don't load the common JS which is required for everything else to work, you'd have to do JS overrides for all of our JS files; of course that is even more work than CSS overrides.

Once Joomla decided to deprecate jQuery we really had no other choice

In the future we might create a new release for ATS targeting Joomla 3, where we are going to abandon FEF and rewrite everything using core MVC from Joomla, but that will require some time
