AITiny supports updates through Joomla's integrated extensions updater. For this to work, you must enter your Download ID before an update has been found.
To do that, go to your site's administrator back-end and click on System, find the Update area, and click on Update Sites. Look for the AITiny Package Updates item and click on it. There's an area to enter a Download Key. This is where you will enter your Download ID. You can find your Download ID in our site's Add-on Download IDs area; this page is only accessible if you are logged in.
If an update had already been found by Joomla please go to your site's administrator back-end and click on System, find the Update area, and click on Extensions. Click on the button in the toolbar. If this doesn't work, please check that you have entered your Download ID correctly, and that you have an active subscription to AITiny on our site. If this still doesn't work, wait 24 hours for Joomla's updates cache to expire. If you still have a problem, please file a support ticket on our site.
