We are sorry you have changed your mind about donating to our project. If you had second thoughts regarding the safety or purpose of such a transaction, we would like to be clear on the following points:
- The transaction is secured by SSL so nobody else on the Internet will ever learn your personal information
- The transaction is hosted on PayPal, the leading on-line payment system. We do not have access to your personal information or bank account / credit card number. We only know your name, the donation amount and the date and time of the transaction.
- You do not need a credit card, as long as you have a PayPal account. You can use PayPal's "Top Up" feature to withdraw funds from your bank to your PayPal account, just like you would do to buy something from eBay.
- Your donations cover vital aspects of our web presence, such as domain registration. We also use donated funds to buy development tools, for example buying our favorite Linux distribution, books on programming or even donating to the Joomla! project and other Open Source software.
- If you are an experienced user, you can offer your advice on our Forum.
- You could translate our software in your language.
- You can contact us and be part of our early testing team.
- Last, but not least, you can suggest new features and improvements on our Forum.
