Hello support team,

I hope you are doing well. I want to inform you that I have recently purchased the premium version of the Akeeba Tools plugin, and I am very satisfied with its features. However, I have an issue that requires your assistance.

It appears that some of my JavaScript files have been infected with malicious code. I am concerned about the security of my website and would like to clean these files to ensure they are free from any threats.

Could you please guide me on the procedure to use Akeeba Tools to effectively and securely clean these malicious JavaScript codes? I want to ensure that my website remains secure and functions correctly.

Any information, instructions, or advice you can provide will be greatly appreciated.

Thank you very much for your assistance.

Best regards

nicholas

Since the files are already hacked, any software (like ours) or service which protects the site from getting hacked is not going to help you. You will need to hire someone to clean up your site.
