Some operator on the hosting provider of my friend site removed (whiteout my permission) wrongly and probably the wrong way Admintools.

I’m trying to reinstall (1.0.0 Pro) but It failed, I can see all kind of Admin files, like “admintools-waf.php” that where left in the site ????

How I can manually cleanup all that and reinstall.
I really like to keep all my settings; (htaccess maker, firewall etc..) - if possible.

Also I remark, before that mess that a user (from another continent) try to enter by my modify wp-login url, how that can be possible???

Something like that;
https://mysite.com/myspecialloginurl

They use the same url ?????
