Hi beloved Akeeba: Using WP Crontrol plugin, I notice there is a cron job admintoolswp_cron that is set to run every five minutes. I can't locate any more information, but I wonder if I can delete it or at least set it to run less frequently? Thanks.

Hello,

it is used to send out emails when an exception happens.
Since sometimes we're running in context when WordPress is not even started (for example when we run in Optimized mode) we can't send out emails about security exceptions.
So we queue them and let WordPress send the emails (if any) every 5 minutes.
