Hi, 

Can you please help, Set the Send troubleshooting email on administrative function to "Yes" but still not receiving any email.

Is this because the web mail is not set up on WordPress?

Can you please advise?

Hello,

troubleshooting emails are sent using WordPress built-in wp_mail function. You need to correctly configure it in order to send out emails (not only by Admin Tools)
