I am really sorry to write you using a different product license.
My cell phone was stolen and I lost my Google Authenticator App (as you probably knows, that app does not have backup option :-p ) <- BTW I found another better TOTP application
I am looking for any way to restablish my 2FA, (I am admin) using my coworker (admin too) login but could not find any way to achieve that.
Could you please give me a hand on some directions?
I am assuming you are talking about your own site.
Find your user account's numeric ID.
Joomla 4.2 or later: delete the records from the database table #__user_mfa where the user_id is your user account's numeric ID.
LoginGuard for Joomla 3.x, 4.0, 4.1: delete the records from the database table #__loginguard_tfa where the user_id is your user account's numeric ID.
Joomla 3.2 to 4.1, using built-in 2FA: find the #__users row whose id matches your user account's numeric ID. Empty the otpKey and otep column values.
