Please look at the bottom of this page (under Support Policy Summary) for our support policy summary, containing important information regarding our working hours and our support policy. Thank you!

My client's website currently uses PHP version 7.4, which is severely outdated. When I change it to anything higher, WordPress experiences a critical error that crashes the website. This error only happens when Admin Tools is enabled. I have deactivated the plugin, updated the PHP, and everything works. As soon as Admin Tools is activated, it crashes. I updated the plugin to use the most current version available on your website, in case the one I had was glitchy and the same problem occurs. I have browsed the documentation and have not found an answer to my issue.

Please advise on how I can fix this problem.

Thank you

Hello,

can you please be a bit more specific? What's the error reported? Can you please enable WordPress debug mode?
