Hello

I use an extension for newsletter : Acymailing. Before installing Admintools I havec made some tests and there were ok.

Since Admintools my cron job doesn't work. May I need to change something ? Thanks

Hello,

what's the URL that you're trying to reach with the CRON? Most likely you have to create an exception inside your Htaccess Maker. More info here: https://www.akeeba.com/documentation/atwp/server-protection.html#determine-required-exceptions

Hi

There was another problem with Acymailing, my license was no longer attached and therefore impossible to view the cron URL, I had "curl" errors. So I contacted them, they resolved this problem and I think it should be good by adding their IP to the WAF whitelist as they advised me.

Thanks

Hello

The problem with acymailing in my wordpress website was ok for the moment.

So for a joomal website, I do the same. But the cron is not executed.
The cron url is well accessible in public so I don't think this is the problem. I open a ticket to the acymailing team too.

Have you an idea ? an experience with this extension ? Thanks

If you reach the CRON URL, it means that the problem is not with the script being blocked, but on how is triggered. Please review your scheduling settings and double check with Acymailing if it's actually invoked.
