I logged into my Akeeba account toady and I saw this message under my WPAdmin Tools subscription. 

 

The application has stopped responding

Please contact the administrator of the site and let them know of this error and what you were doing when this happened.

 

Looking at my website, I can see that  I have exceptions data after the 22nd, although I am still getting messages from Admin Tools eveytime someone logs in to the backend my site. 
I am not sure what to even start looking at on my server to figure out what is wrong.  I do see that my php is outdates, but I have to do my updates in the summer.  This is scheduled for July. Your compatability chart shows that it should still work with 8.1 though.

If you have any suggetions for how to fix this, or what I shold be looking at, I would appreciate it.

I am a bit confused reading your ticket. Did you see the error message on our site, or your site? Please specify.

I am seeing the error on your site, when I look at the My subscription page.  But it seems to be gone now, and my exceptions are being logged again. I guess you can close this ticket.

Our site has nothing to do with exceptions on your site. They are different sites, on different servers, running a different CMS, on a different PHP version no less.

Did you say "exception" but meant "subscription"? That would make sense, since the error you reported was coming up on the My Subscriptions page on our site. Still, it would have no effect on your site.
