hi, few days ago in a website there was 2 people that came in, so i deleted tehir account and a press the bottom in admin tools for the emergency. now the website is offline and i dont know how to make it online again. thank you

Don't worry, we have already documented this:
If you want to set your site back on-line, just visit the Emergency Off-Line page and click on the button. This will replace the off-line
.htaccessfile with the contents of the.htaccess.eombackup file and remove the backup file. If this doesn't work, follow this manual procedure:
Using an FTP application of your liking remove the .htaccess file, or upload a blank .htaccess file overwriting the old one.
Rename the
.htaccess.eombackup file back to.htaccess
