We have 110 websites that use Admin Tools. All of them have the same message on the plugin page.

I do not see a problem on our end. The update server is hosted on a CDN. Admin Tools just tries to download the file https://cdn.akeeba.com/updates/admintoolswppro.ini. You can access it from your browser and see that it's there. Its current contents are:

Is it possible that your server blocks the CDN URL?

I think there might have been a temporary issue with BunnyCDN, specifically in the Ontario region. I had another report from a client in the same region being unable to download Kickstart Core, also stored on the CDN. I contacted Bunny and it appears they addressed whatever issue there was.
