#10019 Error On Upgrade From 1.6.1 to 1.6.6

Joomla! version: 1.6.1
PHP version: 5.2.17
MySQL version: 5.1.56
Host: bluehost
Admin Tools version: 2.1.4


Description of my issue:
getting an error when attempting to upgrade to 1.6

ERROR: Could not upload README.TXT

Trying to upload via FTP. FTP settings are correct. For Bluehost using a path of /public_html

FTP is ON in Congif

I would try the following workarounds:

1. Try using the "Write directly to files" option and see if that works.

2. If the above did not work, use the FTP option, but take extra care to all of the parameters. If the upload failed, one of them is wrong.

Alternatively, send me a Personal Message with the following information:
- URL to your site
- Super Administrator username and password
- FTP connection information (hostname, username, password)
I will log in to your site and take a look at the problem myself. I have a very good track record (about 98% success) of solving issues I can get my hands on :)

Hi!

Thank you for your PM. Using the FTP connection information that you gave me in the PM, the update worked. Maybe it has something to do that the user you created for me had the site root at / instead of /public_html.
