Description of my issue:
I don't have an issue, I have used admin tools pro and upgraded a lot of my sites and it was fantastic. I want to know why my latest versions 1.6.4 - when I go to update joomla core it says only REINSTALL joomla 1.6.6 or 1.7 - the is no option for UPGRADE as there was on some of my other sites, mainly 1.5x - what does this mean - I was scared to do this or will it be the same and updating. I have already backed up with akeeba.

The Joomla! project has removed some of the upgrade files between certain Joomla! 1.6 releases. If Admin Tools can't find an update package, it proposes to "reinstall". What this option does is that it downloads the full installation package and extracts it on your site, without touching your database contents, third-party extensions or user data. Essentially, it performs an upgrade by replacing all Joomla! core files, not just those replaced from your version (1.6.4) to the latest (1.6.6). You can safely use it to upgrade your site.
