Extrabot seems to be performing a POST request when directing visitors to your site. Normally, POST requests should only happen within the context of your own website. Bad Behavior detects that and believes it is an attack. The only workaround is to turn off Bad Behaviour as it is too "trigger finger happy", throwing a lot of false positives.
