Description of my issue:
One of my author get ban for XSS Shield

I look in the forum and disable the XSS Shield

I put her IP in the “Never Block That IP” as a range e.g,= xxx.xx.xx.* (Should I put the entire IP ??

The Day after she get ban with DFIShield....
I got this from it:

What can I do — I don’t want to keep disabling stuff in the Firewall....

First upgrade to Admin Tools 2.1.11, so that the following instructions are possible (the feature we'll be using is not available in 2.1.10).

Go to Components, Admin Tools, Web Application Firewall. Click on the "WAF Exceptions" button, then click on New. Use the following settings:
Component: com_jce
View: editor
Query Parameter: plugin=imgmanager_ext

This will prevent users from being blocked when trying to access JCE's image manager.
