Mandatory information about my setup:

Have I read the related troubleshooter articles above before posting (which pages?)? Yes
Have I searched the forum before posting? Yes
Have I read the documentation before posting (which pages?)? Yes
Joomla! version: (1.7.3)
PHP version: (5.2.17)
MySQL version: (5.1.59)
Host: (hostmonster)
Admin Tools version: (2.1.11)

Description of my issue:
Installed the new Falang extension. http://extensions.joomla.org/extensions/languages/multi-lingual-content/18210
Lovely great language switcher built on Joomfish. Suppose milions of users will use it haha.
My site: www.comesonline.com (Testing on www.comesonline.com/test/)works great BUT not with Admin tools. I have to manually change to the standard Joomla .htaccess file to make it work.
Using Firebug it tells me that: 404 could not find the category.
That means the category the language switcher tries to change to. /sv/ or /en/

If the language switcher creates a VALID Joom!Fish URL, you should have no problem because I do test Admin Tools on a Joomla! 1.5 local development site with Joom!Fish. What I mean by "valid URL" I mean that http://www.example.com/en/something.html should become http://www.example.com/sv/something.html. I don't see the module being published anywhere on your site right now, so I can't test it.

Thank you for your quick replay.

Just this second i´ve finished installing it to www.comesonline.com
instead of www.comesonline.com/test/

I have the admin tools .htaccess loaded from the beginning and it´s still working.
The url at the moment is just:
www.comesonline.com/sv/
www.comesonline.com/en/

If you check up on the Falang:
http://www.faboba.com/en/composants/falang/installation.html

Maybe had something to do with the databas driver....

Ah, no, it's something simpler. When you restore a site in a subdirectory you have to tell Admin Tools that your site is in a subdirectory and regenerate the .htaccess. In order to do that, go to Admin Tools, .htaccess Maker and expand the last slider (System Settings). You will see the directory setting. If you are restoring your site to a subdirectory called test, you should put /test in there. When you are restoring your site back to the site's root, it should be empty (or set to /). Then click on Save and Create .htaccess and you're set!
