Mandatory information about my setup:

Have I read the related troubleshooter articles above before posting (which pages?)? No
Have I searched the forum before posting? Yes
Have I read the documentation before posting (which pages?)? Yes
Joomla! version: 1.5.25
PHP version: 5.2.17
MySQL version: 5.0.92 (InnoDB)
Host: Apache/2.2.21 (CentOS) (Dedicated Server)
Admin Tools version: 2.1.14

Description of my issue:

After i run 'Repair & Optimise Tables' on Admin Tools front side of the website is stop working properly, what i mean everything on front page try to open on wrong link for example normally the link of 'joomla_logo_black.jpg' is 'http://www.domain.com/images/joomla_logo_black.jpg' but now it try to open on this link 'http://www.domain.com/www.domain.comimages/joomla_logo_black.jpg' and all other links are the same.

I restored old backup database and everything works fine, but the backup database is very old and this is newspaper website, so i have to fix problem with the problematic database...

This doesn't look like a problem which could be caused by the database optimisation. I can think of three possibilities:
- In your configuration.php file there is a variable called live_site. It should either be blank or something like var $live_site = 'http://www.example.com'; (no trailing slash after your site's URL).
- Your .htaccess file has a RewriteBase / line. You might have to uncomment it (remove the hash at the start of the line)
- You might have also used the SEO & Link tools of Admin Tools. If you're not careful with your settings there, you could create a problem like the one you mentioned.

Thank you, i checked configuration.php and .htaccess and edited like you said but still same.

I'm very sure that this is database problem because like i said when i used old database backup site works fine, but if i restored only files problem still remains.

Maybe i should give more details about what i did this morning and this problem happen;

1- I open 'Admin Tools Core' and update joomla (1.5.22 to 1.5.25)
2- Then i updated 'Admin Tools Core' to 2.1.14 (i don't remember old version but it was very old i guess)
3- Again on 'Admin Tools Core' i click on 'Repair & Optimise Tables'

Any other idea?

Well, the only think this button does is to go through each and every table in your database and run OPTIMISE TABLE tableName and REPAIR TABLE tableName. There is nothing in there which could modify the contents of your database unless one of your tables (probably akb_content) is screwed up beyond any repair. There is no logic to modify data in there or do anything else which could have anything to do with your links. Moreover, if all of your links are screwed up, I would take a look at your SEF extension's cache and purge it, just in case that table was corrupt and MySQL screwed it when it tried to repair it.

Sure thing! Send me a Personal Message with the following information:
- Your site's URL
- Super Administrator username/password
- FTP connection information

I will first download a backup copy of your site for local testing to see if it's something with your site. If not, I will let you know before continuing to tinker with the live site. In case I break your live site, I will restore it from the backup I'll have taken before doing any change on it.

Thank you for your PM! As I told you in my original reply:
You might have also used the SEO & Link tools of Admin Tools. If you're not careful with your settings there, you could create a problem like the one you mentioned.

This is exactly what the problem is. Unfortunately, in your PM you did not give me the Master Password to Admin Tools so I can't fix it for you. Just try removing all settings from there and your site will work now. As I told you, the database repair & optimise has nothing to do with the problem.
