Mandatory information about my setup:

Have I read the related troubleshooter articles above before posting (which pages?)? No
Have I searched the tickets before posting? No
Have I read the documentation before posting (which pages?)? No
Joomla! version: 2.5.6
PHP version: (unknown)
MySQL version: (unknown)
Host: (optional, but it helps us help you)
Admin Tools version: (unknown)

Description of my issue: Hello, after installation and some setup few things broke up on my website. Please tell me there is any possibility of reset the Admin tools when first installed settings.

And file permissions and other things can change to previous state before applying Admin tools settings.

I already disable the htaccess file, but file permissions and firewall settings are still there. Hope to hear soon.

You can't "restore" the permissions because they are not stored anywhere. Instead, I would urge you to make sure that all files and folders are owned by the same user (your FTP user), enabled Joomla!'s FTP options, give folders 0755 permissions and files 0644 permissions.

Regarding the firewall settings, the only way to reset it is to uninstall and reinstall Admin Tools. Uninstalling removes the configuration table and resets the firewall options.

Inside "Allow direct access, including .php files, to these directories" i have added the directories (components, plugins, media) but still extension ohanah (http://www.ohanah.com/) is not working.

If i delete the htaccess file then start working, please tell me what to do?
It is possible that htaccess provide only basic security and don't touch these extensions....
