#25453 update issue and whitelisted ip becomes blacklisted issue

 I had updated to admintools 3.8.5 on the 21st. Saw that there was an update to 4.0.0.b1 today.
I tried to login and admintools blacklisted my ip even though it was whitelisted. via ftp i disabled the main.php file and was able to login to admin. cleared the blacklisted ip and the exceptions, verified that my ip was the same as listed in the whitelist.
Installed the update and re-enabled the main.php. selecting anything caused blank page. Disabling main.php. restored full function.
