Hello, on this site: https: www.jeanmariecastaing.com
When I call a Roksproket module on the "Activities" link, I have this prompt.
Is a problem related to Rokspoket or do I have to turn to Admintools?
cordially
Michel

Michael,
I think I understand what the problem is, you are getting the user ID and password prompt from the Password Protect Administrator function in Admin Tools when you access something in the front end. Is that correct?
If the Roksproket module is creating the ten panel "visual menu" at the bottom of the Les activities page, it is working for me. I'm not seeing any password prompt. Does that mean you fixed it?
This problem occurs when a public facing function calls something, a program file, an image, etc., from within the /administrator tree. Nothing that faces the public should ever call anything from /administrator. If that happens, you need to contact the author of the extension and get them to fix it. The only thing you can do until it is fixed is to run off the password protection.

I've the same problem with https://extensionsforjoomla.com/components-modules/vik-booking-e4j
The author of extension at the moment don't update this. but, there are not any tips for enter an exception for this call from frontend in AdminTool?

Thank you very much!
Best regards!

Salve,

come scritto nel ticket da lei riportato, il problema risiede nell'estensione di terze parti.
L'unica soluzione è quella di disattivare la funzionalità "Protect your backend with a password" all'interno di Admin Tools.
