For some strange reason, I (and not only me) are blocked from my website, both frontend and backend. I disabled Admintools to find a reason. But my IP is not in any Disallow or blocking list.

 This is the url of the front end, admintools is enabled now: https://dedussenaar.nl/

What can be wrong?

can you please get inside the Web Application Firewall page,  Administrator Exclusive Allow IP List. Then click on the New button. Don't worry, we just leverage the form to check what's the IP read by Admin Tools.

On the new page, you will see an IP address. Write it down.

Then go to https://www.whatsmyip.org/ and check the IP displayed with the previous one. Are they the same? If not, please get inside the Configure WAF page. It means that there's a proxy in front of your site and we need to tell Admin Tools to look for the correct IP

I'm really sorry, I had my information not complete. I have my IP address in the Admin white list. And it worked for a couple of years now. That's why I contact you. I work with Admin Tools for many years now, but this is beyond my knowledge.

Did you visit the URL I provided? Curious what page you got.

I was able to visit your website without any trouble.

Please follow the above instructions, I suspect your host put a proxy in front of your webserver and the wrong IP is detected.

Ok, I will check. But that doesn't explain why I can't see the front end too? Is it?
