I'm getting a lot of Blocked Requests, particularly on template= URL, where the reported I.P. address is the same as my site's I.P.  Is there any way to exclude these email reports when the I.P. of the offender is the same as my site?

Whenever I see a Blocked Request, I normally would click on the red flag and add it to my IP Disallow List but because the request has my IP address in it, I must be very careful not to block my own site.  I've done this once before.

When I go to my site (https://www/enclave-coa.org), my reported IP is 185,93.22 (Reverse DNS is Host Name: cloudproxy14006.sucuri.net). When I do a WHOIS IP, my IP is reported as 71.82.11.247. And, when I do a DNS Lookup, my Domain Name Server IP: 192.124.249.56.

Your problem is a bit different.

Your site is behind a proxy server — Sucuri. Therefore your site only sees Sucuri's IP address, not the real visitor's IP address. That's what we need to fix.

Go to Components, Admin Tools, Web Application Firewall, Configure WAF, Basic Features tab and set Enable IP Workarounds to Yes. That's just for Admin Tools.

You also need to tell Joomla that this is the case so it can correctly report the real IP of your visitor to anything relying on its built-in IP detection (Joomla uses pretty much the same code as Admin Tools, we've contributed it to the Joomla project a long time ago). Go to your site's Global Configuration and set Behind Load Balancer to Yes. This option is under the Server tab under Proxy Settings.
