I am showing an update for fof4 in Joomla 4

however, I have run the update and I get the following message 

FOF is no longer needed on Joomla 4

Summary: FOF is no longer used on Joomla 4. Please uninstall it.

You can no longer install or update FOF on Joomla 4.1 and later (you have 4.1.0). In fact, you just need to uninstall it.

 

And then under that, i have this message which contradicts the message above

Framework-on-Framework (FOF) 4.x - The rapid application development framework for Joomla!.
WARNING: This is NOT a duplicate of the FOF library already installed with Joomla! 3. It is a different version used by other extensions on your site. Do NOT uninstall either FOF package. If you do you will break your site.

I have run the magic eraser tool you provide and that left 

file_fof40   version 4.1.1

FOF    version 243

So i am just a little confused and what to do, I do have admin tools running on the site, I did disable the fof plugins and the site appeared to run fine.
