On a brand new Joomla 4 Site Admin-Tools reports:
IP Address: .... (IP Lookup: {IPLOOKUP}) Last Blocked Request Reason: COM_ADMINTOOLS_WAFEMAILTEMPLATE_REASON_IPAUTOBAN
What does this mean? I can't find an explanation for "WAFEMAILTEMPLATE"....

This is a missing translation string. It should read “IP auto-ban”. It means that an IP address has been automatically blocked for a short period of time per your settings.
I will add the missing translation string in the next version of Admin Tools. Thank you for the heads up!
