Is there a way of setting the URL Redirect parameters to open the page in a new window/tab? I don't see any options that allow that.

Hello,
I'm sorry but that's not possible. When you use such feature, you will instruct your site/server to issue a redirect, it will simply tell the browser to go to another URL. What you're asking for is to ask your site to open a new tab and then visit that URL. This is something not possible since they are two completely separate environments.
