Hi,

anytime I try to export from Sp Page Builder I got a 403 error.

Reason: template= in URL

I tried to add a waf exception but nothing changed.

Any help?

Salve,

nel suo caso la soluzione più semplice è di entrare nella pagina Configure WAF ed abilitare l'opzione "Allow site templates". In questo modo Admin Tools permetterà l'utilizzo di template che effettivamente sono installati all'interno di Joomla.

Grazie Davide ma l'opzione era già stata abilitata tempo fa.

Allora il componente probabilmente utilizza un template "fittizio" che non esiste sul filesystem, per cui Admin Tools non lo rileva e blocca la chiamata.

L'unica soluzione è quella di disabilitare il blocco "template= in URL".
